Payment and Cancellation

Payment

• In order to guarantee the booking, one night deposit is required except during the Peak Period Dec 25- Jan 31 when full payment is needed.

Cancellation

• There will be no penalty if a written cancellation notice is received prior to the arrival date for the period specified:
• Between Nov 1 - Apr 30: 14 days written notice of cancellation prior to arrival. For the Peak Period, between Dec 25 - Jan 31, 21 days written notice of cancellation prior to arrival is required.
• Between May 1 - Oct 31: 7 days written notice of cancellation prior to arrival is required

Period of Occupancy & Day Use Rates

• All vacant rooms will be available for occupancy after 14:00 o’clock on the day of arrival.
• Check out time is 12:00 o’clock. Late checkout is subject to room availability, but check with management first. We always try to help our guest as much as possible.
• Rooms used from 12:00 o’clock until 18:00 o’clock on the day of departure willbe charged at the day use rate, (i.e. 50% of room rates).
• Any rooms occupied beyond 18:00 o’clock will be charged at the daily room rate, unless specified otherwise in writing by Rabbit Resort Pattaya.
